Upstate Bath Renewal is a Pendleton-based bathroom remodeling and custom tile company serving homeowners across Anderson, Greenville, Pickens, Oconee, and Spartanburg counties. We specialize in two things and refuse to be average at either: precision tile installation and full bath gut-and-redesign projects.

We started with a simple frustration — too many Upstate bathrooms were being built fast and cheap, and homeowners were paying for it five years later in cracked grout, leaking pans, and warped vanities. We built this company to do the opposite: project-appropriate, manufacturer-approved waterproofing (such as Schluter, Wedi, or GoBoard) on wet walls, dead-level layout on every tile, and consistent oversight on your project from demo day to the final walkthrough.
