About This Project
This Upstate SC shower build replaced a tired fiberglass stall with a full walk-in finished in large-format white Calacatta-look porcelain with soft gray veining. A floating tile-clad corner bench cantilevers out of the wall — no legs, no caulk seam to the floor, easier to clean and visually lighter. The recessed niche is finished in deep matte black porcelain so it reads as a graphic detail against the white walls. The shower floor is white-and-gray marble hex mosaic for slip resistance and drainage. All walls are Schluter-waterproofed, the niche is mitered at every edge for clean lines, and the fixtures are brushed nickel. Compact bath, premium finish.
