About This Project

The Prioleau family wanted both of their Anderson bathrooms remodeled in one project so the house would be done in a single visit. We removed the existing vanities, sinks, one-piece fiberglass tub/shower units, and old flooring in both rooms. The two bathrooms got new 28-inch and 30-inch vanities with sinks, faucets, mirrors, and vanity lights, and new 60x32 bathtubs with full tile surrounds running all the way to the ceiling. Tile was set over GoBoard or Wedi waterproofing for full moisture protection behind the wall. New exhaust fans went in for better airflow and humidity control, walls and ceilings were prepped and painted with moisture-resistant bathroom paint, and approximately 30 square feet of LVP flooring went down in each bathroom. Two complete, durable bathrooms — same trip, same crew.
